Fantastic gym that has become ​home for me. Every day I pick my ​daughters up, they as ke to go to ​the gym just so they can hang out at ​the daycare while I lift. The staff is ​amazing and the atmosphere is ​comfortable.

Awesome gym. Definitely love ​how it doesn't have the over ​commercialized feel. You can tell ​the employees care and it's ​awesome that the owner is ​usually present. Definitely would ​recommend.
